I love coming to work each day to help clients make a real difference in their lives by easing their financial stress. I've been a financial professional for over six years, but I've been actively involved in business and finances for many years.
While receiving my undergraduate degree in Economics from Ohio State University, I started and operated my own ice cream business, creating homemade recipes with real ingredients, like roasted fig and other classic flavors. It was a huge success and taught me what it takes to run a successful business, both financially and personally.
After receiving my master's degree from American Military University, I began working at an automotive center. The location was struggling when I got there, but I was able to put my financial skills to good use. The store became one of the best in the district.
My experience and education have honed my skills for my career today in the financial services industry. However, beyond my qualifications is my love for the work I do. Every day is different. Every client situation is different, too. But one thing is the same—I work hard every day to help my clients achieve personal financial success. That's what I'm most proud of.
Since becoming a financial professional with New York Life in 2016, I have earned many accolades. I made New York Life's Career Summit in 2017; for agents who have met specific production goals. This summit provides training to help advance career growth. I'm also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals® – a global association whose members are recognized as the best of the best in the life insurance and financial services industry – in 2019 as well as 2020. Additionally, I have qualified for New York Life's Council from 2018 to 2021. Council is an annual company-wide recognition program based on agent productivity. Council qualification is the culmination of a successful year and provides the opportunity to attend one of the most professionally rewarding and personally satisfying events, a Council Meeting.
I'm also a photography buff and an avid member of a local car club. I am involved in my community, including as a volunteer for Ainsley's Angels; an organization dedicated to helping children with physical and mental exceptionalities.
